Wayne’s also a writer and broadcaster, whose work shows the balance of humor and serious learning that is our trademark and he literally “wrote the book” on presenting virtually. His books “6 Weeks to a Great Webinar” (we need to link to the book)  and “10 Steps to Successful Virtual Presentations” (link when we have it)  are the most respected and best-selling of their kind. The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and American Management Association (AMA) have included him in their work as well. Wayne lives in Glen Ellyn, IL with his wife Joan, daughter Nora and Byron, the Demented Cockatiel.
